Roll forming: The cold-rolled steel strip or galvanized steel strip is gradually bent into a C-shaped or Z-shaped cross-section through multiple rollers. During the forming process, the arrangement and gap of the rollers can be adjusted manually or automatically to achieve C/Z switching without replacing the entire set of rollers.

Automatic control: Using a PLC control system, after inputting parameters such as purlin length and hole spacing, the equipment automatically completes punching, fixed-length cutting and forming. The punching device is usually hydraulically driven, the hole spacing is adjustable horizontally, and the longitudinal direction is accurately positioned by an encoder.

​​Changeover mechanism: By rotating or adjusting the direction or position of the rollers, the switch from C-shaped to Z-shaped can be completed within 5 minutes.
