Working principle

Raw material processing: Unroll and flatten the steel coil through an uncoiler to make it reach the flatness and size required for production.

Forming: Gradually press the processed steel plate into the desired shape and size of the steel tile through multiple sets of roller molds.

Cutting: Cut the formed steel tile according to the set length.

Post – processing: Some steel tile – making machines also have surface treatment functions, such as painting and printing, to improve the decorativeness and corrosion resistance of the steel tile.
